working

Mon Sep 5, 2005, 6:46 PM
hey so im making a lot of new pieces for a craft fair that im attempting to do. I'm thinking about selling some of the vairous things over the net if people want them. I'm going over a lot of old ground with making multiples but i find that even the simplest hook can be made an infinte number of ways, and with better and better skill.

Have u ever wondered?
why do we have to walk alone
could i find someone
a soul mate
in the darkness i fall to my knees
the parched dead grass cuts at my skin
i just kneel there and stare
why don't i care?

greetings. thanks for watching my work. as for enamelling tips... i'm still experimenting myself, and so i'd say you're on the right track, keep it up. you've probably read as much as i have or more on the subject. umm... always counter enamel. i like application by sifting. (always use a respirator!) i see nothing wrong with Many layers and firings. i like your approach with the coiled wire. i'd also like to see it on a model (for scale and fashion context) keep in touch with questions and your own discoveries!
i just moved from boston and my inlaws are in amherst NH. where are you?
:icontaranathicus:
I'm in southern new hampshire, the town is Pelham, its a really small town though.
